Track Name: Don't Need Money
I don’t need money, no frank or farthing
I just need a love to call me darling
Track Name: Moody Bible
In a crowded room, in a damp box
Stood a man in white with foggy eyes
He said, "I am here to show you all,
I have ten fingers that are proof
That this god that we all fear
Is right above our roof"

And then he fixed ten thimbles
To each prophet of truth
Stood atop a coil and pointed to the roof
Ten veins of light cut through the dark
Ten veins of truth
Ten streaming through the black
Ten bright and pure as youth

"These are the hands of god
These are not my own
These are strains of faith
These are flares of signs"

This is gospel truth
Don't ask me how
For praying has no answer
And yet how many pray

How many who?
Track Name: Poison Tree
Lay beneath the poison tree
Let the waters blow and the winds change
Lay beneath its busy leaves
Let the sun come down and rest up in the shade
‘Cause some day it might be burned
And some day it might be card
Some day it might be a Bible
Oh no, no, no

Scatter rose leaves when the flower’s dead
And heap them on my bed
Sow my thoughts when they are gone
Love slumbers on
Track Name: Dark
There are flowers in the meadow
There are shadows in the bog
There are stars and winds and squalls
Forming from this nebulous fog

There is something never seen
It comes in flurries as a breeze
It does not rest in you or me
But harbors mute and in between

I glide on breezes I cannot see
I soar on a feeling and rest on my knees
And I live on that feeling
and charge on a spark
I am always in motion and always in dark
Track Name: Stay Small
Bathe in air
It's the only way to know
That you are perfectly alone
But it's nothing to be feared
It's a cloud up in the sky
It's a feather at your side

There is no better brawn
Than that which sticks to my own bones
Or that container I call home
They hunt for virtue or vice,
A bottom line I'll never know¬
I'd rather hunt where I can roam

Like a golden frame
Like a wall of blue and white
Like a candle with a flame
Like frost in the stubble,
From a mirror of cold,
Stay small, stay small, stay small
Track Name: Lark
I have walked along your road
I have held all I could hold
I stand high atop this hill but there's no one here
I see people in the streets
Some will stop and some I greet
Some will float along and some will roll away

But I started out on level ground
I touched and studied what I found
I gave them names and took to soaring like a bird
Now I sing often in the dark
Perched as lightly as a lark
And of my prey, I only see what floats like me

From my hill I sometimes see
A dozen more perched just like me
But it is cold and it is dark and we are lost
Sometimes we reach the ground again
In hazy states we breach our dens
But in the morning we will heave and we will climb again
